Keeping families close and near the medical care they need.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Augusta help families of critically ill children by creating a community of comfort and hope.
RMHC of Augusta partners with area pediatric medical centers to provide a haven of compassion for families to stay, enabling their child’s access to specialized medical care. We create innovative programs to ensure that our families can comfort and support each other while actively participating in their child’s medical treatment. We inspire hope when families need it most.

Story of the House
We believe in Keeping Families Close. Since 1984, The Ronald McDonald House of Augusta has opened its doors and its heart to care for families with critically injured and seriously ill children. We take care of the little things, like where to sleep and what to eat, so families can stay focused on what really matters; the health of their child. Located steps away from the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, we provide a much-needed retreat for families. With our new 23 bedroom house which opened in 2015, we are able to serve over 1,000 families each year.
